Basic 19" consumer CRT TV with one stereo A/V input. Unlike their later models, this TV was manufactured by Toshiba themselves as opposed to being an Orion rebrand.

Panasonic produced numerous variants of these 19" and 13" TVs during the 1990s. They are very similar, with slight variations in the model number.

Service menu access and operation is the same as the CF13F22.

Using a 19" viewable picture tube with a CR31 socket, this TV is a potential tube donor for arcade monitors.

This TV can be modded for RGB. However, due to the design of the jungle chip, brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted via the user menu, making it less functional than other models.
