Encountered points of failure include speaker foam disintegration, yoke sag, and oxidized microswitches for the front buttons which can be cleaned with contact cleaner.

Sunthar's RGB guide instructs to remove R127 to disconnect blanking coming from the CC chip, but I went with leaving that resistor intact and instead cutting pin 3 of the CC chip close to the chip itself, and sending blanking to the remaining leg.
